We've spent years figuring out what actually moves the needle in search
Started in 2020 when three specialists realized most SEO training was too generic or too technical. We built something in between—practical methods tested across real campaigns.
Starting point
Three consultants met at a conference and kept talking after. Everyone agreed the gap between theory and implementation was massive. We started testing frameworks that could actually be taught.
First cohort
Ran a pilot program with eleven participants from six countries. The feedback changed how we structured content—turned out people needed more context about why certain techniques work, not just how to execute them.
Curriculum expansion
Added modules on algorithm adaptation and international markets after seeing how many students were working across regions. Built out case studies from campaigns we'd actually run ourselves.
The people who build the curriculum
Oksana Bergström
Spent eight years working on enterprise-level campaigns before joining Telandara. Focuses on technical ranking factors and writes most of the content strategy modules. Previously consulted for e-commerce platforms across Northern Europe.
Henrik Pavlović
Handles everything related to measurement and data interpretation. Built internal tools for tracking ranking changes and teaching participants how to read performance patterns. Background in statistical analysis from fintech industry.
How we actually teach this stuff
Most courses either oversimplify or overwhelm. We walk through real scenarios with documented results, showing you the decision-making process behind technique selection and implementation timing.
Campaign breakdowns
We show you campaigns we've run—the initial research, what we implemented, how rankings moved over weeks and months. You see the messy parts too, the adjustments and course corrections.
Technical walkthroughs
Step-by-step demonstrations of implementation—configuring redirects, optimizing page structure, building internal link architecture. Each one includes common mistakes and how to spot them early.
Regional differences
Search engines behave differently across markets. We cover how to adapt strategies for various regions, what signals matter more in certain countries, and how to test when you're working internationally.
Algorithm updates
Major updates happen a few times per year. We explain what changed, why it happened, and how to adjust tactics without panicking. Includes frameworks for evaluating whether your site was actually affected.
